The Sharjah Golf Club which is more precisely known as the Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club is an excellent venue for a number of indoor and outdoor recreational facilities. The club is very conveniently located off the Emirates Road in Sharjah and is very easily accessible from any part of Dubai. This is the first fully grassed golf course in Sharjah and boasts of a number of sporting arenas and recreational amenities and facilities. The all-grass course has been designed by the world-famous golf architect, Peter Harradine. He has designed the course in such a way that it features between 5-7 different tees on every hole, water features, and challenging bunkers. The club offers a Golf Academy where you can update your knowledge of golf and hone up your golfing skills. You will discover that the grassed, floodlit driving range, putting green, and short game areas are designed to meet international standards.

Tennis enthusiasts will just love the two tennis courts provided here and a qualified professional tennis coach is always available to help you. A number of tennis activities take place here on an ongoing basis. The club also has a regular coaching program that offers private, semi-private and group lessons for ladies, gents, and children. There is a Pistol & Rifle Shooting Range that offers facilities to test your skill with all types of pistols and rifles. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere prevails here even during serious competitions.

One of the most action packed thrilling experiences at the Sharjah Golf Club is the Paint Ball Park which is renowned as the best in the Middle East. Paint Ball is a fast-paced and action-packed exciting sport that has acquired popularity of late. The game is played in more than 30 countries around the world. The park can accommodate up to 150 players in one session, and a maximum of 14 players in one team.

Among the facilities offered at the Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club is the state-of-the-art-facility Gymnasium which has ultra-modern equipment, and professional instructors to guide and assist you in meeting your needs. Hi-Low, Tabeo, Steps, and Total Body Conditioning classes are offered here. Enjoy a dip in the cool and clear waters of the horizon pool after a hectic game of tennis or a workout at the gym.
